IEEE recently announced a new international event to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills to shape a rapidly changing technology landscape. The IEEE International Leadership Conference (ILC), to be held on 3-4 October 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, is designed to elevate leadership excellence across engineering, technology, and innovation ecosystems.
The ILC will take place back to back with IEEE Technology Summit on Ethical Artificial Intelligence (on 1-2 October), giving attendees the opportunity to build the leadership skills to steward AI-enabled innovation and also dig into the technical and ethical grounding needed to do it responsibly.
